Q: How to purchase the items?
A: We use third parties to deliver the product to you. For any digital products, you will be navigated to Sellfy.com and purchase the item through that website.
Q: I have downloaded my purchased items, but I can’t open the files or print them?
A: Please make sure that you have unzipped or extracted the files from the .ZIP folder the files come in before trying to use them in your program or software. The files will not open in any program until they have been extracted from the compressed .ZIP file.
Q: How do I open a .zip file?
A: You will need an extraction program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip or 7zip (for PC) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac). If you are on a iPhone or iPad you will need a free third party application to open .zip documents such as WinZip or iZip.
Q: My download says it’s empty, damaged, corrupt or password protected?
A: Your product probably didn’t download properly. Delete the .zip file from your computer (emptying your recycle bin as well), clear your temporary internet files and try again. If you still have issues, please feel free to contact us via convo.
Q: If I purchased a file and can not figure out how to open it or do not know how to use it can I get a REFUND?
A: It is assumed when you place an order that you have a basic understanding of how computers and image files work. We will always try to help our customers with any issues that may arise but we ask you to understand that due to the wide variety of computers, operating systems and design programs we are unable to give extensive tutorials on how to use any of our products.
